		<description>Good tips. Frankly I will try to put in my day to day life for exercising. I am also undergone Angio. Frankly I joined a Gym. When I went there the first day I was made to do some exercises like weight training. The second day was same and from the third day I skipped off going as I had developed arms and legs pain and did not want to go to the Gym. again. Basically I do not need to build my body like a Body Builder I only need some activity and I really like in the Gym is Only Treadmill &amp; Cycling. But due to weight training I stopped going.Thanks for your tips surely it should help me.</description>
