How to Increase Your Energy Levels Naturally
Everyday I hear the same complaints from the same people about how tired they are, how stressed they are etc. with no solution in sight! The key is to correct the situation versus standing idle and accepting it.
Forget about the energy drinks or pills. Learn to increase your energy naturally, and have a healthy steady supply to get you through each day. By adjusting your personal eating, sleeping and exercise habits, you can boost your energy the natural way and settle into a self-sustaining rhythm.
Essential Water – Keep your body hydrated throughout the day. The first sign of dehydration is fatigue. Your body can’t function at capacity without that good old H2O. A steady supply of water will naturally keep things flowing–including your energy.
Improve Sleeping Habits – Often a small adjustment of your sleeping habits can already do wonders for your energy levels.
- Lying in bed is not sleeping: Don’t go to bed if your not sleepy and end up lying in bed pondering and stressing. Deep breathing exercise – Another great way to re-energize your body is with a quick deep breathing exercise. Sit on a chair with a straight back and breathe deeply while you focus on your breath going in – going out. At the same time use a powerful affirmation to invigorate your mind and body.
Eliminate Energy-Sappers From Your Diet – Have more alkaline-forming foods like fruits and vegetables. Avoid excess sugar and coffee as they lead to lower blood sugar levels–and less energy–after they give you an initial kick. Also one could pack some almonds and nuts for a quick and convenient protein snack.

this is really a nice and true fact which u have brought to our notice once again. Especially we don’t drink water as much as we should but one thing is left that drink of alcohol and other toxic drinks must be stopped
I am a retired Deputy Secretary (Administrative Service) to Gov. and patient of bypass surgery. I permenently reside in Kolkata, India. I use to rise at 04-45 hrs. (IST), drink 2 glasses of water, clear my belley and go on the roof of our house to start the Package of 7 Pranayams as preached by world-famous Swami Ramdevji Maharaj of Patanjali Yogapeeth, Haridwar, Uttarakhond, India at 05-05 hrs. regularly. I have been greatly benefited, repeat greatly benefited, to have cured or almost cured as many as 22 incurable and hard-curable diseases that I was compelled to cause due to severe irregularity in my taking meals for 9 years in which period my family was set in Kolkata for undistured education and learning of vocal classical music of my youngest of 3issues, a daughter.
I feel so closely connected to you. I have studied in La Martinier
Calcutta, which brings back all the sweet and horrible times my family lived through till 1947 when we migrated to Burma.
Will you please tell me where can I find the 7 Pranayams I can
practice. Now I am in my 70s.

Nothing new really. We all know it, and yet dont do it.
Surprisingly we need teachers and preachers and bolgs to tell this which in hearts we know already. The rest of the world is understanding the benefits of yoga, being vegetarian and following healthy schedules, when we(in india) ourselves dont recognize it and dont do it.
I guess this in true sense is “east meets west”.

V.GOOD TIPS – drink sufficient water – 7 to 8 hours sleep in night – some yoga or excerise – daily eat some veg & fruits in diet – all this we know but we also have to check our feelings along with them with the belief in Almighty- ‘all Names in universe belongs to HIM’ – I mean, Universal brotherhood i.e., towards positive thinking. which is healthy to body through mind. I am following all above, since 3 years, now I am 40, no health compliants, I have gained good results. so it is easy to do for any body.
besides deep breathing exercise if one follows om mantra while exhaling for few minutes daily energy level will increase.
Good and Easy, one must take initial courage to adopt it but once it sets to routine then really it is bliss……I’m sharing it with my experience.

I am 70+ & do believe and have practiced most of the discipline enunciated above like a) Yoga b) Deep breathing c)Sleeping and d) Enough water.
Beside the above, I have found that Vegetarian diet, helps quite a lot, more so if emphasis is things that promote Alkaline juices in the body. Quite a few health problems like inflammation of arteries, joints and the related ailments are due to acidity. I found juices of Bottle guard, white pumpkin, cucumber, gherkins, broccoli, parsley, green leafy vegetables, lime and last but not the least the FRUITS, GO A LONG WAY TO PROMOTE, A GOOD BALANCE OF ALKALINITY IN THE BODY.
