		<description>It is not difficult, and certainly not impossible. I have tried and benefited personally by reducing my weight from 85 kgs to 75 kgs (in 6 months) and then maintaining my weight at 75 kgs effortlessly.
An hour brisk-walk daily (six out of seven days),morning normal breakfast,substituting lunch with fruits at 2-hour spacing during daytime, puffed rice with green vegetables in evening after return from office,dinner of soup with green vegetables and 2-3 slices of bread. Eating slowly (minimum 15 minutes) with total silence is of great help. You need to be absolutely determined in the first two weeks. Thereafter it forms your daily habit. The urge to eat huge quantity disappears. Reduce partying to 1-2 times in a week and drink/ eat in moderate quantity only. Sleep by 2000 hrs and get up early to start the day. If the urge to eat becomes very strong keep banana/orange/papaya and sugarfree biscuits handy in your car/office/home etc. Always remember you will never die of hunger but only due to eating more. I am sure all of you can do it if I can do it. And after two hours you are going to eat something again.</description>
